FOOD ALLERGIES

Our cookies are made and processed with items that may include peanuts in the ingredients. In the case of food allergies, please inform us in the notes section of your order so we can adjust the baking process to be peanut free.

Specialty Menu Items

Due to cookie stability, Mystery Box orders, Party Box orders & Churro Cookies are available for local pickup or delivery only; they can not be mailed/shipped.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

Your safety is our priority. Out of an abundance of precaution, we ensure the following procedures are followed:

All baked goods are made while donning masks and food service gloves

Kitchen surfaces are sanitized before and after each batch
Contactlesss curbside delivery is available, please contact Nat's Cookie Crumbs to setup this option

ORDERS

Upon order placement, an invoice will be sent to you via PayPal
Please note the pricing for Nat's Cookie Crumbs goodies DO NOT include shipping fees, this will be added to the final price on your PayPal invoice
Payment options include : Paypal, CashApp, & Zelle
Payments are due upon invoice
MINIMUM ORDERING QTY for classic recipes is 12 cookies
CUSTOMIZED ORDERS have special pricing & a minimum ordering qty of 24 cookies
Classic Recipe orders must be placed 2-3 calendar days in advance
Customized/Specialty Orders must be placed 3-5 calendar days in advance

CANCELLING ORDERS

If your order needs to be CANCELLED, please send an email to Natscookiecrumbs@gmail.com with the words:"NCC CANCEL REQUEST" in the subject line.
NCC CANCEL REQUEST for LOCAL DELIVERY/ FLORIDA ORDERS emails must be sent 24 hours in advance by 5 pm EST (close of business day) of your promised shipping date. For example, if you place an order on Wednesday, the expected ship date is Friday. Therefore, the latest a cancellation request can be sent is Thursday 5 pm EST. (SEE ORDER FULFILLMENT POLICY BELOW)
NCC CANCEL REQUEST for SHIPPING ORDERS emails must be sent 24 hours in advance by FRIDAY 5 pm EST of the same week you placed your order. For example, if you place an order on Wednesday, the expected ship date is the following week on Monday or Tuesday. Therefore, the latest a cancellation request can be sent is by 5 pm EST on FRIDAY, (the week before your order is to ship). (SEE ORDER FULFILLMENT POLICY BELOW)

LOCAL DELIVERY ORDERS

Cost for local delivery orders $8.00
A delivery is considered 'local' if your delivery address is within a 10 mile radius of Nat's Cookie Crumbs Bakery
All local deliveries are contactless. Please let Nat's Cookie Crumbs know ahead of delivery where you want your orders placed upon delivery.
Any orders outside of this 10 mile radius can either be picked up or shipped. Please see below for pertinent shipping information.

SHIPPED ORDERS

We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes
Your items will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx, there is no signature required upon delivery
A tracking number will be provided for all shipped orders
Orders get shipped between Monday and Wednesday of each week
Please allow for extra shipment processing times during Federal Holidays and any FedEx or USPS delays in service
Please note, while all shipped orders are sent as a Priority 2 or 3 day shipping, delivery times are not guaranteed per USPS Priority Mail Website

POLICIES

ORDER FULFILLMENT POLICY

Orders placed within Florida are processed in 48 hrs
(i.e. an order placed on Wednesday will ship no later than Friday of the same week).
Orders placed outside of Florida will ship on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. This is done to ensure optimal freshness of your Nat's Cookie Crumbs treats. Please keep order processing times in mind when placing your order.
